By accessing or using any ArrowSmart website, product, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on ArrowSmart websites and in ArrowSmart products — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ArrowSmart Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
4. Purchases & Payments
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. ArrowSmart reserves the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Returns & Refunds
Products purchased directly from ArrowSmart may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in original condition. Digital products and software licences are non-refundable once activated.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArrowSmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Mateo County, California.
8. Changes
ArrowSmart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
Limited Hardware Warranty
ArrowSmart warrants all hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; damage caused by operating outside ArrowSmart's published guidelines; cosmetic damage; or damage caused by unauthorised service.
ArrowCare+
ArrowCare+ extends coverage to five (5) years and includes up to two incidents of accidental damage protection (subject to a service fee) per 12-month period. ArrowCare+ also includes 24/7 priority phone and chat support.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, contact ArrowSmart Support or visit an ArrowSmart retail location or Authorised Service Provider. Proof of purchase is required.

Software Licence Agreement
ArrowOS and all associated software are licensed, not sold, to you by ArrowSmart Inc. for use only under the terms of this licence. ArrowSmart reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
Grant of Licence
Subject to the terms of this licence, ArrowSmart grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use ArrowOS on any ArrowSmart hardware product that you own or control.
Restrictions
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code.
- You may not sublicence, rent, lease, or transfer the software.
- You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.
Updates
ArrowSmart may provide software updates. Updates may be installed automatically. By accepting this licence, you consent to the installation of such updates.
